Pete is a Level 1 & 2 Pirtus Bath Master and offers specialised whisking treatments. He also facilitates powerful Death and Rebirth ceremonies — deeply transformative experiences reflecting the cycles of life we all move through. He is trained in aromatherapy techniques, clay rubs with essential oils, massage, and a range of healing whisking treatments designed for both individuals and groups. He is heading back to Finland for Ritual training this November.
His learning has been shaped by deep cultural experiences — from spending time in Finland with two Finnish shamans, learning traditional ceremonies passed down through generations, exploring the unique energy each one holds. He also trained in Lithuania with the Bath Academy under Birute and Rimmas, learning techniques that use plants to heal the body through ancient ceremonial practices.
Pete has participated in both men’s and mixed retreats, holding space for deep connection and honest emotional expression. Pete has his own mens group now, Athioncollú. He has trained with therapists and most recently Sacred Sons, for the men’s facilitation.
Pete’s yoga journey began in Crescent Head, Australia, where he trained in Hatha Yoga and meditation — an experience he describes as life-changing. He now teaches at the retreat centre and at festivals whenever possible, continuing to explore new ways to guide others on their path to healing, connection, and growth.

I am delighted to be a part of the TIGH’N ALLUIS Team and work side by side with my brother Peter. We both grew up with a big love and appreciation for the outdoors and have always had a passion for health & fitness.
As an Irish Primary School Teacher, I hope to bring my GRÁ for the Irish Language to the business. Having attended primary & secondary school through Irish, I would love to help others learn more about the Irish culture & language in a fun and informal manner. I hope to introduce some POP-UP Gaeltacht meet-ups to TIGH’N ALLUIS in the near future, catering for all levels of Irish. I believe the sauna is a great place to meet up and practice your ‘cúpla focal’ in a relaxed and chill environment.
I have completed Level 1 Pirtus Bath Master Training and hope to offer whisking treatments to our customers very soon. I learned about the history of the ‘sauna’ and the various whisking techniques. I feel strongly that ‘sauna culture’ in Ireland is on the rise and that it will be around for many years to come. Having personally experienced the many benefits contrast therapy (hot & cold) can offer, I can really see now how it can help people improve on their overall phsyical & mental health.
Looking forward to meeting you all very soon.
