DESCRIPTION:Dear Full Moon Sauna Ladies\,We’re thrilled to welcome you up to TIGH’N ALLUIS on Thursday\, July 10th for our monthly Ladies Full Moon Sauna & Dip (7:30 – 9:00 PM). We invite you to sweat out whatever you need to leave behind and make space to welcome in new\, abundant beginnings.  What to expect: a gorgeous setting\, the company of ~20 other women\, and a really relaxed evening in the saunas.  We’ll have music\, snacks\, (non alcoholic) bubbles and great company. Due to the later sunset and moonrise times\, we’re gathering from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (prior months have been 6 – 7:30). Below is more detail about all of the logistics – don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.  See you soon!Best regards\,Alana & the Tigh‘N Alluis teamLadies Full Moon Sauna13th May / 7:30 – 9:00 PM @ Tigh ‘N Alluis (The GAP)Where to go: \n\nPark at Glencullen Adventure Park (the GAP)\, follow the signs to TIGH ‘N ALLUIS (~10 min walk)\n\nWhat to Bring: \n\n 2 × Towels (one to sit on + one to dry yourself)\nFlip flops & warm clothing\nSwimwear for sauna & dip\nDrinking water to stay hydrated\n\nTip for a Successful Sauna:  \n\nArrive by 7:15/20 PM to allow time to walk up from the Glencullen Adventure Park Carpark\nSit on a towel at all times in the sauna\nTake a break/swim every 10–15 minutes\nNo jewellery in the sauna; no under-16s; no alcohol before or during\nYou must not use the sauna if you have high/low blood pressure\, circulatory disorders\, epilepsy\, diabetes\, are pregnant\, or prone to dizziness/fainting.\n\n24-hour cancellation policy applies; tickets are invalid otherwise. \nFor questions: tighnalluis@gmail.com\nTo browse our upcoming events\, visit our LinkTree page  \n
